The current block runs
from the 9th January to 17th February 2012. The next block starts on the 20th February until 29th March 2012. The time table for this terms classes are;

It is possible to join in the middle of a block if it is not full.
Costs
- All full block classes cost £40 (£28 for full time student) for 6 weeks (if you drop-in to
a block class then it is £8 (£5), if you join for less than 6 weeks it is £8 (£5)
per class remaining).
- Drop-in classes are £8 (full time student
£5).
- Meditation
and Pranayama 30 min class is £4 (£2.50 full time student) with a
reduction if you do both the 7.15pm class and the pranayama and
meditation class to £10 (£6.50 full time student) for both.
If you have any problem paying for classes please contact me
privately and we can discuss alternative arrangements, please do not
let lack of money stop you from learning Yoga.
Private classes are £40 per hour for up to 4 people, with a minimum of 4 classes committed to in advance.
Private Classes
I also offer private classes in both Glasgow and Edinburgh. This can be suitable if you would like:-
- Personal touch for their first few sessions before joining a larger class
- Specific tuition on particular aspects of Yoga, for example
Pranayama (the breathing techniques), energy flows, specific
asana/posture correction
- Those requiring focus on a physical area (for example lower back or joints)
- Weight loss
- Or any other reason why you would like the attention of personal tuition.
If you would like a small class for you and your friends, private classes can also be arranged up to 4 people.
